The challenge

Most brands treat reels like lottery tickets — post, hope, repeat. Reach spikes once and then resets. The goal here was to replace luck with a system: content that builds on itself so each week starts higher than the last.

What we did

We reverse-engineered what was actually getting saved and shared, then turned it into a framework anyone on the team could run — fast.

  • Built a hook library mapped to proven retention patterns.
  • Defined five repeatable reel formats to rotate, not reinvent.
  • Set up batch production so a week of content ships in a day.
  • Closed the loop with weekly data — kill the misses, scale the hits.
The point isn't one viral reel. It's a machine that makes the next one more likely.

The results

Average reach per reel tripled, and — more importantly — it stayed there. The loop turned content from a gamble into an asset that keeps compounding long after launch.
